Job Title

• X-Ray Tech / Pediatric Radiology

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Contract, Night shifts (3x12s: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), including holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric X-ray procedures across multiple imaging locations, including emergency and critical cases.
• Float between pediatric imaging sites to support staffing needs, ensuring coverage and compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotations, responding within one hour of notification, including nights and weekends.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols, maintaining valid radiation badges at all times.
• Follow clinical guidelines and documentation standards using the Epic charting system.
• Support emergency response during hurricane season, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year dedicated pediatric radiology or similar experience.
• ARRT (R)* certification and BLS certification required.
• SC state licensure prior to start date; pending licenses considered with proof of application.
• Radiation badge must be provided by agency; MUSC does not supply badges.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• C-arm and trauma radiology experience.
• O-arm imaging experience (training available).
• Ability to float within scope to other pediatric imaging locations.
