- Part-time, Night shifts, 36 hours per week (3 shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Assess patient condition, implement treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Serve as a charge nurse and preceptor for new staff when needed
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Maine
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous charge nurse and preceptor experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PALS certification (a plus)
- Ability to work independently without call responsibilities
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
