Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering patient care.
• Support therapeutic activities to help patients regain or improve their daily living and work skills.
• Float to other sites as needed based on census fluctuation.
• Maintain documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts.
• Willingness to float to additional sites as required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in multiple clinical settings.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and environments.
