Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Geriatric (Long-Term Care/SNF)

Grantsboro, NC
Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, 13-week contract, Night shift (11 PM – 7 AM), 4 nights per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols
- Monitor and report resident health status and changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety
- Participate in rotating weekend shifts and as needed holiday coverage
- Adhere to all policies and procedures related to patient care and safety
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or compact license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of geriatric LPN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PCC experience is a plus
- 18 months of LPN experience in a geriatric or long-term care setting

Additional Details
- Client bill rate: $51.50 per hour (before fees and early pay options)
- Experience in geriatric care and recent LPN experience preferred
- Schedule includes rotating weekends and on-call as needed by the facility
