• Full-time, day shifts, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat individuals of all ages with movement or health-related limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
• Work in various settings including hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, sports facilities, and nursing homes.
• Provide preventative care through fitness and wellness programs to maintain active lifestyles.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and ensure compliance with state licensure requirements.
• Cover for the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) and float to inpatient units as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Idaho (attached to the resume).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (attached to submission).
• Minimum of 1 year recent hospital PT experience.
• Ability to work 4 days per week, Wednesday through Saturday, with 10-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a community hospital or similar setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to adapt to floating between different inpatient units as required.
