• Full-time, Days, 3x12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit following hospital protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical needs promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the Medical Surgical or Telemetry specialty.
• Active Ohio RN license (compact licenses accepted for starts from 1/1/23 onwards).
• Successful passing of ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments (acceptable scores required).
• At least one managerial or supervisory reference in the relevant specialty.
• Current certifications in CPR and other relevant clinical credentials (must be active).
• Negative drug screens within the past 12 months (10-panel plus nicotine/cotinine test).
• Ability to complete background checks, fingerprinting, and badging onsite prior to start.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working within a hospital system with travel or staffing agency support.
• Familiarity with Cleveland Clinic policies and procedures.
• Ability to pass pharmacology and clinical skills assessments during orientation.
