Job Title
• CVOR Tech (Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician) – Days
Location
• Columbia, SC
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shift (4x10-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with cardiovascular surgeries in the OR, including scrub and circulate roles
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment
• Support surgical team during vascular and heart procedures
• Adhere to sterile techniques and safety protocols
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled, including weekends and extended call periods
Required Qualifications
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CVOR experience
• Experience with scrub and circulate roles in the OR
• EMR experience, specifically with EPIC, for at least 1 year
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Vascular and/or Heart surgery experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Local candidates or those willing to commute over 50 miles accepted
• Valid licensure (pending license accepted only in certain cases; requires approval)
