Job Title
• House Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts, alternating weekly (36/48 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee hospital or facility operations during scheduled shifts to ensure smooth functioning and patient care quality
• Provide clinical supervision and support to staff nurses and healthcare team members
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
• Coordinate patient care activities and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting as required

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
• Fingerprinting completed and clearance obtained at least two days prior to start date
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts, including alternating weekly schedule
• Ability to pass clinical interview and orientation requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous hospital or healthcare facility supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
