Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
- Administer treatments, manage ventilators, and monitor patient progress.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in respiratory therapy.
- Valid NBRC RRT certification.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
