Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under supervision within a residential setting
- Support therapy programs tailored to residents' needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Assist in implementing therapy plans and activities
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- Previous experience in a healthcare or residential facility preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of therapy techniques and procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term care or veterans' facilities
- Knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and documentation processes
