Key Responsibilities
• Provide supportive occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic activities
• Document patient progress and communicate with the therapy team
• Support patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Proven experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and patient confidentiality

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or outpatient rehab settings
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and therapy documentation procedures
