Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care
• Adapt therapy strategies to meet patient needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Current NBCOT certification (if applicable)
• Ability to work full days (8.5 hours)
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
