Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to a diverse patient population with a focus on musculoskeletal and post-operative care.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions, including splint fabrication and modifications.
• Support patients through post-operative rehabilitation, wound care, and hands-on therapeutic techniques.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with facility standards, including paid documentation time.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes in a outpatient rehab setting.

Required Qualifications
• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in California.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal therapy.
• Proficiency in splint fabrication and modification.
• Familiarity with post-operative rehabilitation protocols.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) certification is a plus but not required.
• Confident in managing orthopedic and post-operative cases in outpatient settings.
