• Full-time, night shifts (3x12 Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult critical care respiratory therapy services in an emergency department and hospital setting.
• Float within the facility and potentially to nearby affiliate hospitals within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver evidence-based respiratory care, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and responses accurately.
• Support first-time travelers and newly onboarded staff with required modules and certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Maryland or Compact licensure at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant adult critical care or emergency department experience.
• Refresher or return staff must have been away for at least 1 year (case-by-case review).
• References confirming previous experience.
• Ability to comply with all travel and hospital policies, including separation policies.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in adult critical care and emergency department settings.
• Prior travel therapy experience is a plus.
• Ability to complete required virtual modules on first day of contract.
