- Provide patient education on treatment plans and recovery processes
- Support treatment team in ensuring quality and compliance standards
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with patient documentation and clinical protocols
- Knowledge of therapies applicable to a variety of patient needs
