Contract | Days | Onsite | 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available | Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting

• Manage a patient population consisting primarily of elderly residents with multiple diagnoses

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans

• Document patient assessments and care accurately using an electronic medical records system

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health and safety

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license valid in the state of South Dakota

• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment

• Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn electronic medical records platforms

• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday as required

• Ability to work both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with PCC (PointClickCare) EMR system

• Experience caring for geriatric patients with complex, multi-diagnosis conditions

• Demonstrated ability to manage high patient-to-nurse ratios effectively
