Location: Lakewood, WA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Complete an average of 12-14 patient visits per day, with some follow-up visits double-booked.
• Ensure productivity of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with clinic team to deliver quality patient care.
• Adhere to all treatment protocols and documentation requirements.
• Work independently while maintaining compliance with clinic policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work days shifts and manage a high patient volume.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pre-approval required for overtime hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous outpatient or orthopedic therapy experience.
• Flexibility to float between clinics if needed.
