• Full-time, Days shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a LTC/SNF setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Proven clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations applicable to LTC/SNF settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a SNF or LTC facility
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
