Registered Nurse
Location: Great Bend, KS
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in a home health and hospice setting.
• Coordinate patient care plans and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
• Respond to emergency calls and assist patients as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, including bi-weekly hospice team meetings.
• Maintain adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in acute care, home health, hospice, or inpatient settings.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in hospice or home health care.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work flexible weekend and on-call hours.
