Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 36–40 Guaranteed Hours per Week | No On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced radiation therapy procedures including SBRT, SRS, and complex CT simulations
- Analyze imaging and resolve setup variances to ensure accurate treatment delivery
- Support training and education for students and new staff members
- Participate in daily equipment quality assurance and coordinate service needs as required
- Lead safety and quality-improvement initiatives and participate in incident learning and peer review processes
- Assist in developing departmental competencies, techniques, policies, and charge reconciliation as needed
Required Qualifications
- Meets all requirements for Radiation Therapist I
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy
- Active ARRT R,(T) certification and current state license
- Demonstrated competency in CT Simulation and SRS/SBRT delivery
- EMR experience required: EPIC and/or ARIA
- Minimum 1–2 years of travel experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Brainlab systems for SRS/SBRT delivery
- Completion of a Radiation Therapist II Competency Advancement Checklist
