Contract (6 Weeks) | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36–48 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of West Virginia
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
- Candidates should be fully compliant or near compliant with all required credentials prior to applying
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shift in a high-census LTC or SNF environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems commonly used in long-term care settings
