Travel Radiation Therapist – Oncology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 12-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments including VMAT, 3D treatments, SRS, and SBRT
• Perform emergency treatments including SVC syndrome, heterotopic bone, whole brain treatment, and spinal cord compression
• Operate Truebeam and iX linear accelerator equipment in a Radiation Oncology setting
• Utilize OBI imaging modalities including KV, MV, and CBCT for patient positioning and verification
• Document treatment and patient information using Mosaiq and Meditech systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist; 4 or more years preferred
• ARRT board certification in Radiation Therapy
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Demonstrated familiarity with OBI imaging including KV, MV, and CBCT
• Grey or charcoal grey scrubs required as dress code

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience operating Truebeam linear accelerator equipment
• Experience with OSMS (optical surface monitoring system)
