Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: May 25, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level 2 and Level 3 Neonatal ICU with a census of up to 42–50 beds
• Manage patient ratios of 1–2 patients per nurse for Level 3 acuity and 3–4 patients per nurse for Level 2 acuity
• Operate and monitor specialized neonatal equipment including isolettes, OMNI beds, HFVOF/HFJV ventilators, iNO, bCPAP, and total body cooling systems
• Perform and assist with procedures including IV starts, PICC insertions, and circumcisions
• Manage central line care including UAC, UVC, Broviacs, and PICC lines
• Float to Mother Baby unit as needed and fulfill a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience
• Proficiency with neonatal EMR systems (Meditech and CPN experience relevant)
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in on-call rotation as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• STABLE certification
• Experience with central lines including UAC, UVC, Broviacs, and PICC lines
• Experience with bCPAP and advanced neonatal respiratory support equipment
