Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Clarinda, Iowa
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 36 hours per week, 13-week assignment, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical unit
- Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient information and care activities thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Iowa
- Proven experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work night shift and adapt to schedule requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous experience in a hospital setting
