Full-time, Nights, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the assigned unit and patient population.
• Conduct initial assessments and establish care priorities based on patient needs.
• Reassess patients regularly to identify progress and intervention needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, adjusting based on patient evaluations.
• Document timely interventions and evaluate care outcomes.
• Perform Point of Care testing procedures as required.

Required Qualifications

• Current New Mexico RN license or equivalent Compact state license.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Knowledge of patient rights and standards of care applicable to the patient population.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous nursing experience in a rehabilitation or hospital setting, especially with adult populations.
• Additional certifications or education such as B.S.N. or MSN.
