Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with diverse needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.

Required Qualifications
• Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy license.
• Proven experience working as a licensed physical therapist.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or clinic settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
