CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | Onsite | Weekend rotation required (every 3rd weekend, Friday/Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scanning procedures in a high-acuity, high-volume Level 1 trauma environment
• Operate GE CT scanners across a department with 5 scanners
• Start and manage IV access for patients requiring contrast administration
• Work within a Radiology/CT department at a 640-bed facility
• Maintain accurate imaging documentation using Epic EMR and PACS systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois imaging license (or confirmation that the application process has been initiated)
• ARRT certification required
• IEMA certification required
• BLS certification required
• Demonstrated ability to perform IV starts
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity CT environment with Level 1 trauma exposure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel assignment experience
• Hands-on experience with GE CT scanner equipment
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and radiology PACS platforms
