Cath Lab Technician – Radiology / Cardiology

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (7:00–17:30) | Onsite | Guaranteed 40 Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties specializing in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting
• Support procedures across multiple modalities, which may include Interventional Radiology, Vascular, and/or Neuro
• Respond to on-call requirements on a case-by-case basis as determined by unit need
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including rotation across up to three affiliated hospital locations within approximately 20 miles
• Complete required pre-start and annual compliance modules in a timely manner via SilkRoad prior to assignment start
• Document patient care and procedures using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of hands-on experience in Cath Lab specialty (2 years preferred)
• Experience in at least two of the following four modalities: Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro — must be clearly reflected in work history
• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (no pending certifications accepted)
• Active state licensure in good standing — no license hits accepted
• Must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel drug screen including cotinine required within 12 months of start date
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application; no RTO additions will be accepted after submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT) certification preferred
• Two or more of the four modalities (Cardiac Cath, IR, Vascular, Neuro) represented in documented work history
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
