Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a medical center setting
- Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Ability to comply with facility badging and time-tracking requirements
- Adherence to facility dress code (polo or business casual attire in approved colors)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a medical center or acute care setting
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
