Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately within the designated documentation system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient rehabilitation goals
Required Qualifications
- Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Working knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior contract or travel therapy experience
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills in a rehab environment
