Contract | Evening Shift | 40 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or a compact state license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) environment
• Ability to work evening shifts consistently throughout the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in an LTC/SNF setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems commonly used in long-term care facilities
