Radiation Therapy Technologist (Allied)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by the radiation oncology team
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment in a clinical oncology setting
- Position patients accurately for treatment and verify treatment parameters prior to delivery
- Document treatment records and maintain accurate patient data in accordance with departmental protocols
- Collaborate with the radiation oncology team to ensure safe and effective patient care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Radiation Therapy
- Active ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Must not be a local candidate within 50 miles of the assignment location
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a dedicated radiation oncology or cancer center environment
- Familiarity with dosimetry concepts and treatment planning processes
