Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Varies) | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct acute care nursing to patients on a Medical/Surgical Pulmonary unit in all private rooms with telemetry capability
- Deliver patient-centered care across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in clinical status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes within the electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record system
- Ability to care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience working in an acute pulmonary or telemetry-capable unit
