Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Three 12-hour shifts per week | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: 05/04/2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit with 17 inpatient beds and 2 triage beds, maintaining a 1:1–2 patient ratio
• Perform fetal strip interpretation, IV insertion, lab draws, and blood administration
• Assist with and circulate for cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries, ECV, and vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries
• Support epidural placement, administer nitrous, and provide PACU recovery care for patients receiving spinal anesthesia
• Conduct antepartum triage, recognize and respond to common obstetrical complications, and administer OB medications
• Utilize JADA and BAKRI devices, document in Meditech and Centricity, and float to Mother/Baby and Postpartum as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification or C-EFM
• Proficiency with fetal strip interpretation and knowledge of common OB medications and obstetrical complications
• Experience with vaginal exams and setting up delivery tables for vaginal deliveries

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Monica Novii, Ambulatory (Telemetry) Monitors, and GE EFM equipment
• Experience with Meditech and Centricity documentation systems
• Demonstrated teamwork approach to patient care and commitment to patient experience standards (AIDET, courtesy, and respect)
