Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend Rotation | Holidays as Needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to geriatric patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support individualized patient care plans
- Participate in weekend rotation and holiday coverage as required by the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina LPN license or valid Compact LPN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of prior LPN experience in a geriatric care setting
- Must be a local candidate within 100 miles of Goldsboro, NC
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) environment
- Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and age-specific care considerations
