• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to Med/Surg patients in a 30-bed dedicated education unit.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort through comprehensive assessments and timely interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care and adherence to protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently in compliance with hospital standards.
• Prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5-6:1.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in a level 1 trauma center or mid-large hospital setting.
• Ability to work a night shift with a positive attitude and timeliness.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital environment with varied patient acuity levels.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
