Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for a mixed Medical/Surgical patient population on a 30-bed unit
• Manage a patient assignment of 5–6 patients per shift in accordance with unit standards
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and nursing best practices throughout each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma or mid-to-large hospital environment
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• No time-off requests (RTO) upon placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated professional reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
