Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations, including pelvic health, vestibular, TMJ, orthopedic, and post-operative cases.
• Manage an average of 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as needed.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinic float rotations if applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; overtime must be approved by the director.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with pelvic health, vestibular, TMJ, or orthopedic therapy is a plus but not required.
• Recent graduates are not considered; previous outpatient experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work in multiple clinics if needed.
