Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic and vestibular patients.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Work up to 40 hours weekly, with 36 hours guaranteed, and overtime must be approved by the director.
• Collaborate with clinic team to deliver quality patient care across multiple clinics as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience working with orthopedic and vestibular populations preferred.
• Ability to see 12-14 patients per day and manage a high productivity level.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required; new grads are welcome.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Flexibility to work in different clinic environments if needed.
