Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services across a mixed patient population with a 50/50 split between Pelvic Health and Orthopedics
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Deliver evidence-based evaluation and treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Adhere to all clinic productivity standards and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (new graduates will not be considered)
• Ability to meet productivity expectations in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience or training in Pelvic Health physical therapy
• Comfort working in a high-volume, double-booking clinical environment
