Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 48 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a Short Term Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center
• Operate within a team nursing model, collaborating with PCCs, RNs, and support staff to manage patient assignments
• Participate in on-call duties and weekend rotation as needed
• Float between like units and campuses within the designated service area as required
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, credentialing standards, and documentation protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or valid Compact (NLC) license — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing
• At least one completed prior travel nursing assignment
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
• ADN accepted; BSN not required for this position
