Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapist license — permanent state license required (compact license not accepted)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements before assignment start
• Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
