Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and function
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
- Document patient care activities and treatment outcomes
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines during patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active Physical Therapist license
- Experience in setting treatment plans for diverse patient populations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and technology
