Key Responsibilities
- Assist in providing rehabilitative therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Help improve circulation, restore motion, and relieve pain through therapeutic interventions
- Support patient strength, balance, and injury prevention programs
- Utilize stretching, exercise, manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and functional training techniques to enhance patient outcomes
- Contribute to patient recovery and promote healing through tailored therapy plans
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license/certification
- Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation therapy preferred
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, and soft tissue techniques
- Excellent communication and patient-focused care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in rural healthcare settings or small clinics
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse patient needs
- Knowledge of orthopedic and mobility rehabilitation
