Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a Level 3 NICU environment
• Operate and manage advanced ventilation equipment including Nitric Oxide, Jet ventilation, and Oscillator ventilation
• Float internally between departments as needed based on unit acuity and staffing requirements
• Maintain patient care ratios in accordance with campus acuity standards
• Work a variable shift schedule, including every other weekend per collective bargaining agreement

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum Level 3 NICU experience required
• Demonstrated competency with Nitric Oxide, Jet ventilation, and Oscillator ventilation
• Ability to float between internal departments; flexibility is required
• Must be available to work every other weekend

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel contract experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Experience working in high-acuity neonatal environments with complex ventilator-dependent patients
