Summary
iDEAL HIRE is hiring a Night Shift, Psychiatric RN for our client, a premier healthcare facility. This is a Travel Contract role, working in St. Louis, MO, offering $2504 weekly pay. 

Role Details

• Compensation: $2,504 / week

• Shift Schedule: 36/48 rotating schedule, 12-hour shifts

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide psychiatric nursing care within a forensic treatment setting.

• Help patients receive intensive treatment, a medication regimen, and psychosocial rehabilitation.

• Float and provide coverage at both North and South campuses.

• Adhere to shift schedules, including 36/48 hours per week, nights on rotation.

What We're Looking For

• Licensure: Active Missouri RN license.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience in a psychiatric or correctional setting and 1 year of travel or PRN experience.

• Shift Availability: Ability to work night shifts with 12-hour shifts and rotating schedules.

• Multiple Campus Coverage: Must be able to float between multiple campuses within the facility.

Per our Chief Nursing Executive (CNE):  “EHR is chartE meds are via carts – stocked and supplied by pharmacy with an overnight cabinet retrieval if indicated.”
 
2. What is the nurse-to-patient ratio for days and nights?
Per CNE:  “Ratio depends on level of care. Units: 1-2 nurses with 4+ techs for 25 pts or 1 nurse per 24 with 6 techs if in cottage.”
