Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide psychiatric nursing care in a forensic treatment setting, working with patients in a secure environment.
• Float between both North and South campuses as assigned.
• Cover 12-hour shifts on an alternating schedule, including weekends and every other week.
• Perform clinical assessments, administer medications, and document patient observations.
• Participate in orientation, which includes three 8-hour shifts and one 12-hour shift, within standard daytime hours.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of Missouri.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a psychiatric or correctional setting.
• At least 1 year of traveling RN experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and alternating schedules.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in forensic psychiatric facilities or correctional healthcare.
• Flexibility to work across multiple campuses and shifts.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills in a high-security environment.
