Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in a school setting.
• Collect and accurately record data on client behaviors and progress during each session.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment that encourages client engagement and learning.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and any required state or local clearances.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Basic proficiency in data collection and documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Additional coursework or training in psychology, education, or a related field.
