Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients within an acute care hospital setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Support patients across service lines which may include cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, and rehabilitative medicine
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract beginning March 2026
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute care or comprehensive rehabilitation hospital environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Experience working within a large, multi-specialty healthcare campus
