Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized rehabilitation programs
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and ongoing wellness strategies
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current clinical credentials and licensing as required by state regulations
- Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient or rehabilitative settings
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare software and documentation systems
