Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed, up to 40 hours expected, OT must be approved by director)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 60 patients per week
• Float to other clinics within the region as needed
• Maintain professional standards and dress code in a business casual environment
• Collaborate with clinic staff to develop and implement treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours
• Excellent communication and patient management skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings
• Flexibility to float to neighboring clinics as needed
