Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, days, 35 hours/week, no weekend rotation, 8.5-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient care plans
• Provide therapy services in a senior living and rehabilitation setting
• Support residents with activities of daily living and functional improvements
• Document patient progress and communicate with care team
• Contribute to a compassionate, person-centered care environment
• Support various care services including assisted living, respite care, and long-term care

Required Qualifications
• Current state Occupational Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience in senior living, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with elderly or special populations
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for assisted living residents
• Familiarity with documentation and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings
