Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting across designated territories.
• Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all state licensing and safety regulations, including COVID protocols.
• Travel within assigned counties, with flexibility to work outside the area if needed.
• May be required to see COVID-positive and PUI patients.

Required Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist license.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and registration.
• Up-to-date immunizations including TB, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDaP, and Flu.
• Successful clearance of background check and drug screening.
• Physical capacity to perform home health visits.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to travel outside the primary service area may be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
